What are credits?+
Credits meter your AI usage - agent questions, video decodes, and API calls. Every plan includes a monthly allowance (10,000 on Standard, 20,000 on Ultra), and you can top off anytime. A typical agent answer costs a few credits.
What's the difference between Standard and Ultra?+
Standard is $97 a month, or $936 a year paid up front ($78 a month). Ultra is $197 a month, or $1,896 a year ($158 a month). Standard includes 10,000 monthly credits, 2 workspaces, team seats at $30 a month each, and 3 Radar topics that search all platforms for new creators. Ultra includes 20,000 monthly credits, unlimited workspaces, seats at $20 a month each, and 10 of those topics. Both track unlimited in-app Radar topics.
How do team seats work?+
Seats are account-level: buy one per teammate, then invite them by email. A teammate can join any of your workspaces and spends from your shared credit balance. Add or cancel seats anytime.
What's a workspace?+
An isolated space for a brand or client - its own chats, bookmarks, alerts, and members. Agencies typically run one workspace per client.
Can I use it from my own tools?+
Yes - the agent is available as a REST API and a CLI (vb), with a copy-paste setup for AI assistants. Everything the chat can research, your scripts can too.
How fresh is the data?+
The database updates daily, with view-growth tracked per video so rankings reflect what's climbing right now - not last month's winners.
